It could be a local day retreat, a three day training or one of international retreats - regardless of the setting our promise is to create containers for you to have the experience you need.
Our local immersions are a chance to go deeper into practices than public classes permit while our international offerings are an opportunity to explore other cultures and ceremony in a safe, connected community.

Why The Bridge?
The Bridge has been born out of and built upon decades of curiosity, studentship, experience and dedication.
Run by two friends and master facilitators, Irene and Ziggy share a passion for supporting people to live their fullest lives.
Their work spans across many fields - including teaching, therapy and coaching - and they use this spectrum to develop life-changing immersions, practices and events.
