MIND
A grounding asana class, focusing on exhale to decompress the nervous system and bring calm to the mind. Focuses can include forward folding, twisting and cultivating stability.

ENERGY
Asana to energise the body and increase our sensitivity to Prana (life-force). Generally focuses on inhale, lateral opening and backbends to enliven our experience.

SPIRIT
Fire practices are the culmination of Tantric Hatha asana. Use the body as a gateway, the breath as they key to access a state of awareness beyond mind and senses.

BODY
A variety of asana classes without a specific energetic focus. Great to simply get moving, increase your somatic connection and feel limber.

RESTORATIVE
Classes using props and support to lead your body, mind and nervous system to complete restoration and calm.

MEDITATION
Expertly led meditation practices, varying from 5-30 minute practices. Accessible for everyone from a complete novice to the experienced practitioner.

PRANYAMA
Experiences centred around breathing. Choose how you want to affect your mind and nervous system with a variety of options.

NIDRA
Meaning 'sleep' in Sanskrit, these stillness practices are the ultimate experience in rest, replenishment and transcendence.

KRIYA
Sanskrit for 'clearing', use a combination of breath, Prana and awareness to reveal a more spacious experience.

STRENGTH
Movement classes using a variety of exercises - like core, Pilates and weights - to allow a well-rounded training experience.

THERAPEUTIC
Specific practices to support individuals with a variety of challenges, including back pain, hyper-arousal, chronic pain, mobility challenges and more.

STUDY
Recordings from workshops, Satsangs and community calls investigating the ideas which gave birth to the practices. Using old ideas to support us in our modern lives.
