We invite you to immerse with us on a pilgrimage to the birth place of Yoga.

This retreat is an opportunity; a calling to deepen your practice, further your understanding of Yoga and yourself.

Through daily practice with specialised techniques, we will lead you beyond the parameters of regular classes and offer an exploration of how much this system has to offer.  

Though studio classes can have a powerful effect on practitioners, there is no substitute for immersing yourself in a curated container and how potent that can be for your development; both in your practice and as a person.

By utilising the practices of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation, as well as excursions to sacred and historical sites, this retreat will lead you to not just practice Yoga, but access it as a state. 

Our hotel is nestled between the Himalayan mountains and The river Ganges, surrounded by nature whilst also being slightly separate to the hustle and bustle of Rishikesh.

We will also have the privilege of Pandit Ji Baskaran, a Vedic and Yogic Master, joining us for the entire immersion. We have studied with Ji for years and he is someone who lives the teachings of Yoga. This is something very special to us to share and a very unique opportunity.

This offering is perfect for anyone looking to authentically access the cultural roots of Yoga, deepen their experience of practicing, of life and themselves.
