Swa Tantra Immersion

We invite you to join us in the stunning surrounds of Southern Sri Lanka for a week long immersion. 

Using the traditional teachings of Tantra, this week is an opportunity to deepen your practice and understanding of Self. 

Guided by traditional maps, this experience is a pilgrimage towards the inner wisdom of body, breath, mind and beyond. 

Our days together will consist of embodying complete Hatha practice, including asana, mantra, bandha and meditation supported by workshops sharing the underlying frameworks of Hatha, Tantra and Samkhya Philosophy.

If you haven't had the opportunity before, taking time away from your day to day to sink into practice is an incredible experience. Created to be all-inclusive, where everything - food, practice, cleaning, activities - is taken care of for you, allows the responsibilities of daily life to fall away and gives you the chance to settle into a different state of being and presence. 

In many ways, this immersion is the cornerstone of not just our study and teaching, but personal practices and we are thrilled to share it with you. 

Though Sanskrit offers multiple translations, in this context, 'Swa' means Self, 'Tantra' to expand. 

This immersion is designed around this idea: to expand your awareness into your full Self and bring this experience back into your daily life.
